Life happens! Dang, I have missed being on here, and missed all my FS buddies! Been busy beyond belief (buying a new house, moving my daughter into her first house in another state, starting two new home businesses, taking two mini vacations...) but that's no excuse! Good news is that I've maintained my goal weight through it all! Woohoo! Sure there have been a few little ups and downs, but I've kept pretty steady. And that is without recording anything in my food diary.... scary! I think I have a pretty good handle on the types of foods and the QUANTITIES of food (most important for me!) to take in each day in order to fuel my body, feel good, and maintain my weight.
Still crazy busy and won't get to be on here much (packing and working, working and packing), but will hop on as I can to encourage and be encouraged. Happy Thursday my friends!!

That's great! TWO new home businesses?!! Wow. One day, I hope to start something, but two at once must be a big job! Amazing to be able to handle it! Good for you! ^^
Congratulations on your new house! Moving is such an exciting experience! I hope you and yours are going to be (and/or are) very happy there! :)
