Very happy with that number. I still have not received my recipe book. Will probably deliver tomorrow. I'm starting to wonder about these fasting days everyone is talking about. Not sure if I should implement that. Maybe when I see the scale not moving?? Maybe I should stick with what works currently. I still need to check what I'm snacking on. It pushes my cal intake to high. Let's Go!!
