Whoops was meant to plateau..not easy to do to be honest considering they are telling me not eat this and not to eat that due to my health probs at the mo...having my gall bladder out didn't prove to be the cause of my pain and have been taken back to hospital via ambulance once again so they trell me no spicey and fatty food...I ate bugger all fat as it was...talk about hard on ya when they say don't loose any more weight at the mo but they tell u don't eat this and don't eat that..
