Wo! Did the holidays kick my butt or what? :-( I guess 5 lbs isn't so bad; at least my counselor didn't chew me up over it! She was really pretty good and very understanding when I got the 'crud' after Christmas. I didn't even bother to waste my supplements while I was sick because of the antibiotics. Better now though!
