I have surprisingly lost another pound during this last week! I was not going to "log it" but keep it in reserve for Christmas and New Year, but changed my mind and decided to use it to motivate myself instead.
I am not going to be ultra careful over the next 10 days, just a tad!!! 2017 is a New Year after all.

Hi there. I have joined fat secret last week so l am learning from you ladies. I am 58 and seriously overweight! I have tried many ways to loose my excess weight but never managed. If you do not mind l will ´´tag'´ along with you.
