10st 1.8lb, fat 24.6% (half lb off at WW before dinner, and after I'd asked her last week to reduce my goal weight so I couldn't get so far above it, thinking this would take a fortnight or so to come into effect thru the post - but she did it straight away on the iPad!) No surprises here but I need to get on and lose these ten pounds odd by April. Happy New Year to you all!
