I was doing so well and can't believe that I have put on 24lbs over Christmas and a 10 day holiday. I am really disappointed with myself I seem to be able to put weight on so quickly. I hate being this big but that makes me even more determined to get this weight off and keep it off. Duken Diet here I come again :-(
