Was feeling better this am, like i had lost some weight, down a pound! not eatting at night will be my first challege that i have to master. went for a walk today as well, it was sooo snowy, i was soaking wet when i came home, but fwlt good! ate a big lunch of healthy stuff when i finished, and then had a healthy dinner. tonight at band it was someones birthday, and there wa scake, so i had a peice. bad bad, i feel so crappy for eatting it. i have to remeber this feeling, it is helping with the late night snacking. this is sooo hard!
