Started back at the gym on Feb 6 (two days after relocating to my temp home). To date I have cycled 205km -- averaging 20-25k/day. The goal is 100k a week. And then 125 once I build more endurance. Time is an issue: cycling 25km takes about 95 minutes. Perhaps going to the gym twice a day is a better idea?
I've also stopped drinking alcohol. An easy way to cut calories and save money.
