Still not being perfect on the diet and exercise, but still gradually losing. I do expect my RDI to decrease again sometime soon. I still can't believe how close I am to my goal. I will shortly have to make time to see the doctor, to get an expert opinion about what my ultimate goal should be. Good luck to us all, and happy journeying.
