I lost 0.2lbs this week, which surprises me...I thought I would gain some, but maintaining isn't my goal right now...so I need to get back on it and not look back!! 2lbs per week, that's the goal!!
Adding more exercise & more water, removing some of the coffee that I drink...grocery shopping tomorrow and I will get 7 planned meals for the family & stick to them!!
