had about 12 oz white wine last night. Also ate an Atkins recipe from new cookbook - Cheese stuffed pork roast. Not sure all the info was correct since the amount of stuffing I made was overflowing the roast. It was delicious. Had it with mashed cauliflower and asparagus.
