Well, it has been a kind of crazy time, and will only get even a little crazier in the next couple of weeks, but that's life, I guess.
I knew last week's weight was a little bit unfairly high, which is partly why this week's looks so good by comparison. Also, I think I have done some incidental exercise (standing, shopping, etc.) that was not counted properly. I have actually been a little worse about snacks and desserts than usual, but to be honest, I don't feel the same imperative to lose, lose, lose as much as I did a year ago. Now that I am so close to my goal, much as I would like to "finish" (though I will never be "finished", as I will need to maintain), I feel there is no rush. If I try to rush it, I will just get impatient, whereas if I just relax the reins a smidgen, I'll still get there pretty soon. Good luck to us all, and happy journeying!
