I haven't been this lite since I was a 22yo punk...224.4lbs!!

WOOHOO!!

I'm not sure why I'm down so much...must have been the sodium?? anyway, I knew I didn't gain since my pants are now fitting me more loosely...I just hope it isn't anything health wise, since I really haven't had a stellar week with my diet and no exercise...although my stress has been through the roof??

This whole journey has really changed my attitude towards food. I never used to feel guilty about having a donut or two (or three or four) in a day...now I feel guilty if I have one in a week. The amount of water that I am drinking now is probably triple what it used to be. I always thought I would be much more hungry if I tried a diet, but I don't feel that I'm really ever hungry...I have something lite every three hours or so, and don't really get hungry unless I am really busy and forget my eating schedule...

Anyway, I've really planned this week since I'm going to be on the road all week (yes with the company credit card for meals & accommodations)...so I've packed a bunch of bananas, apples, yogurt, soup & granola bars and I'll stick to meat & veggies for dinners...I'll check in mid week to let you know how it's going...or daily, depending on how tired I am in the evenings...not used to 12-14hr days anymore!!
