Nice and sunny today, but still very cold. Only in the 20's so far. Suppose to get into the 30's and over the weekend, up in the 40's. I will take that, let me tell ya.
WOE/WOL is going well. Feeling great today. Weight is down a bit, so I will take that as well. The most important thing to me in my journey is to continue to feel good with no body aches and no sugar ups and downs. I was able to get in lots of water yesterday and was still able to get in my foods. YEA ME!!!!

Sounds like a great day (except for that chilly temperature!). But with the sun out, you can "almost" forget that it's still cold. Hope your weekend turns out just as nice!

Bren, thanks for stoppin' by today. Yes, sunny is nice. Yes, my WOE is awesome. I just don't know how I lived without it. Enjoy watching those baby calves.:)

Guess I shouldn't mention it may hit 90 degrees here today? A little warm for my tastes, have to admit. But it's a dry heat (until July, that is!) Congrats on the scale moving down for you. ALWAYS a boost for the day.
