Well, I am having a problem. I am gaining weight. However, it is my fault. Poor diet and lack of exercise. That is the truth. When I stared at the scale this morning, I felt disgusted with myself.
However, today is a new day. I am not going to be able to keep the weight I have lost without doing more exercise.
So, today, I have pledged the following:
+ No longer will I drink anything sweet. + I don't drink sodas much at all, but I totally eliminating them with exception to an occasional ginger ale but only if I am feeling unwell and need some ginger to settle my stomach. + I was doing 75% Non-Sweet tea and 25% Sweet. If I drink tea it will only be hot and no sugar unless I have a sore throat then I will allow myself only honey in my tea. + I will cut back on bread. Unless I am making an Almond Butter/Jam sammie, I will try to use lettuce to wrap my sandwiches. + I will increase my veggie intake. + I will drink more water. + I will walk a total of 30 minutes everyday even if I do it 10 minute intervals broken up across the day. Eventually, I will do the couch25k program. + I will make time for sleep. + I will give myself time to read and study.
I will start taking care of me.
