10st 6 Fat 25.1 No WW. So back up to here, daughter delivered to uni, and extra hours at work contributing to a fall-off in activity and take up of comfort eating - the double whammy of success-killing distress! I have our Iceland holiday to look forward to and try and trim down more for, but it doesn't seem to be having the desired effect at mo :(
