I'm actually shocked!! I was bad and had an angry orchard cider two nights in a row. Which I didn't even enjoy them, WAY too sweet. But "peer pressure"... my BF was drinking one while we watched shows and I wanted an adult beverage also...

if anyone knows peer pressure from a SO thats me! dont feel bad about having a drink every now and then. your body will look the way you NORMALLY eat, not how you indulge every now and then!

I usually do vodka and la croix or captain and Coke Zero, zero carbs/cals... but the apple cider drink was bad 25NC 😩😭 but I agree a few indulgences won't kill me or ruin my progress.

Don't think of yourself as "being bad" in regards to diet. You took a day off. You have too once in a while. I was out drinking a few nights ago. Although I gained 1.5 lbs. the next day, it acted as a cleanse. I weighted in this morning 3.4 lbs. lighter.

@ggreen67 true. We all need a day off. But I ate so well that day that I managed to only go over my 20NC by 10!! It could have been worse. Currently have a giant candy bowl as my table center piece 😱

They have those alcohol seltzer waters now. I have a 12 pack in my car for social events, I just drink one maybe two at each event. So I still have a drink without the sugar and not too many extra carbs.

White Claw and Truly Spiked & Sparkling are good. I think I have a different brand in my car now, there are 5 or 6 brands, but look out are have nasty artificial crap some are more natural than others.
