Just checking in. I've been SO busy with the holiday rush at work, I decided to take a break and just enjoy the Holidays as best I can. Lately, it mostly involves coming home and falling asleep at the end of a grueling day. LOL!
My weight is staying consistent within a 5 lb range, so I'm happy with it. Going back to strict keto after the new year.
I'm sorry I haven't been around to support you all. I consider you my friends, and am very interested in your ups and downs. I will try to check in on you more often.
