10st 8.6 Fat 26.3% A final loss before hol but sadly didn't even manage to get back to my Oct Iceland weight, thankfully can just cram my snow pants on but it's snug :( One pound in two weeks, so lame, but I guess this is just the new way it is, the years of eating 1800 and dropping a pound or two a week with virtually no effort seem to be well behind me now. So I just need to suck it up and get over how grudging I feel about it, and just hopefully gradually creep back down at snail's pace.
