I've been doing pretty well.. except i havent been eating as much as i should be, which is the part that is not that good.. but this month i've lost 10 pounds, well actually 4 weeks cause this month had 5 weeks in it... i'm pretty happy with the weight coming off cause i can really tell a difference.. my stomach is starting to go down.. and my love handles... i'm starting to feel more and more sexy..
