This is week 2 atkins for me, still in induction, hoping to get down to 85ish before i go onto owl and start the slower rate of weight loss. even on owl id want to lose 1lb per week or 2 kg per month - ambitious! took much longer on WW and i notice members on atkins site are also reporting slow rate of loss, can expect the same for me.
