Day 3 of a planned 5 day fast
Nice to see the scale moving :)
However, I was 2 pounds lower after my run Monday morning and all I have had to 'eat' in the past two days was 2 cups of coffee (with Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder), 1 cup of home made beef broth, 1 cup of Protein Powder in heavy cream, 4 cups of green tea, and water.
I take Hi-Lyte Electrolyte Concentrate and I have not had any lethargy, dizziness, or nausea.
My wife has fasted with me this time, because she plans to start Keto on Friday, so that is interesting. What is really interesting is that I only started fasting to support her planned fast (she only made one day that time). She even created an account on FS because there are several Keto people who do a good job logging their food, and get amazing results, that I wanted her to see. However, she wont be posting her weight or journaling because she already spends her time on Facebook :) *I* don't have a Facebook account so that is why you see me so much on here :)
Thanks for all the support yesterday. It is scary putting your before and after pictures out there.
