I have a couple of things to be thankful for today. I had a goal, for myself, and though I can't even remember when I first expressed it, but it was probably some years ago, while I was out sailing with a buddy of mine. The goal was to lose enough weight, for someone to call me skinny again; well it happened today. My sister's neighbor told me I was looking kind of skinny, and that she had been meaning to tell me. She also told me that I looked 10 years younger than when she first met me two years ago; which is the second thing I'm not only thankful for, but also happy about. :-) Also, my sister-in-law mentioned that I was looking pretty lean, standing next to my brother, today, after church. Though I'm not even close to my ultimate goal, it's nice to reach ones like this, and to be noticed for the effort, which is finally paying off. :-)

Thanks Bren. I was actually surprised when my sister's neighbor said I looked ten years younger, because I already know I don't look my age, but to look even younger, having taken off some weight; all I can say is, WOW!!! :-) Maybe, when the holidays roll around again this year, I'll post an updated picture of myself, just as I did, last year, in response to a challenge to do so from Yvonne. LOL :-)

What a great way to start a new week. You work very hard at doing things right and it apparently is becoming to show outwardly. Talk about a impetus to even do better....yes, a photo would be wonderful for all us to see the new "ShyGuy." Congrats on a job well done.

LOL before I saw you mentioned me...I seriously was going to say about time we saw the new you....so sometime very soon I hope you will post. How wonderful to know that it is noticeable......and looking younger, even better. But you already look young anyway...wow even better.....Keep up the good work buddy!!!!
