ok, I'm still at 166. I might consider the Fat Fast for a couple days to get my body moving again. I have to run to work for 1/2 day then go over to my parents (they have a small apartment house) to clean one room and get another ready for checkin this evening. So I'll be back later this evening to add on to my jounrnal I think I'll go measure my self now, haven't done that in awhile and I'll post the results this evening.
ok I'm back from my parents. I measured this morning and the results;
last measurements was 4/3/10 I'll put that one first then this one today next.
bust 33/33, waist 33/32, hips 42/42, rt thigh 25.5/23, lt thigh 26/25, rt calf 16.75/15.75, lt calf 16.75/15.75, rt ankle 10/9.75, lt ankle 10/9.75, rt arm 12/12, lt arm 12/12, rt wrist 6.5/6.5, lt wrist 6.5/6.5,
so I've had a few decreases, it is difficult for me to measure and sometimes I'm not sure if I did it the same, but anything is better than nothing and my clothes are the real test, they fit looser and I actually got into a pair of size 12 dress pants for the ceremony I went to a couple days ago! I have 3 sizes in my closet of the same type of pants, size 12, size 14 and size 16, the 14 & 16 are going into to the garage sale box and I soon I'll go shopping for size 10, then 8! I'm going to go on my bike ride soon so I'll clost this journal entry now.
