hey what happened???INTO PHASE 2, did that mess you up????i am seriously dreading going back to the breads, etc etc...........
i do NOT miss them, at all, not like i thought i would!!!!!
WHAT do we do?Stay on Phase 1 , and have a day of FREE foods,maybe every time we hit end of week 2 ?? and enjoy evertyhing we wanna for a day,and back onto phase 1,i think i could do it!!!
I need to exercise too, it will be walking when i start,nothing else!!!
