not sure what happened yesterday. started the day well, went to yoga, etc... had a relaxing day at home nothing much to do. and then BAM, got this crazy bad headache. not a migraine this time, luckily, but i don't know what precipitated it. anyway, this morning there's a remnant of it, but a good sleep helped a lot.
