Not got weighed for a while - I've been totally out of control. We went to our fancy dress Alice in Wonderland tea party yesterday. I was dreading it, but it was brill. I went as Alice's cat Dinah, complete with 2 kittens - that the eldest granddaughters immediately claimed. The head & shoulders picture is now my icon. I also had a tail, gloves with long 'claws' and big 'monster' slippers. Of course tea party food was lots of bread, cakes, tarts - lavender scones with clotted cream - and the like.
Again totally out of control.
Today I've had some eggs & bounce bars & have been fasting since 10.15. I want to fast now for several days, but if I stumble I will eat eggs and meat. Though I don't plan to stumble.
Diabetic clinic in 2 weeks.
