My goal for this week is not to snack so much. I also want to cut back on my cheese intake,lol thats my weakness cheese. Im proud of my progress. I started out at 291 pounds, and now Im at 270. Im sorta dissappointed that im not exercise is not going as planed. Today its raining outside so im doing floor exercises. but im confident that all will workout.
