I weighed this morning knowing it would be bad but was shocked at how bad it actually was. I wasn't going to record this weight but decided I need to be accountable. I survived orientation week and rewarded myself with food! Why do I do this? It seems I eat when I'm stressed, happy, or sad - it doesn't matter! I did a lot of sitting around over the weekend. 18 mile bike ride Sat. morning, followed by hosting a bridal shower, and then sat and visited with my daughter and played with my grandson until early evening. We brought home steak gorgonzola pasta for supper from the local restaraunt. Then yesterday, church, coffee, lunch, visit with youngest daughter, and then reading and eating for the rest of the day. What has gotten into me! I've turned into a couch potato! Ugghhh!
