o.k., day 2, did o.k. I guess, but not as good as I wanted to, find myself starving and when I look up all the food I've eaten and it's like 65 80 grams of fat, shit, that is still way too much! I wonder what my fat intake is supposed to be, I will need to look that up, otherwise I will have to find foods or water, to help fill me without all the fat and calories.,,,,
