I get a BIG "0" today...Sorry team...my 16mo old son had surgery this morning, so I didn't workout...On top of that, Ihad to get up @ 4am, after having absolutely no sleep last night(nerves?) and I just had no energy or will power..I ate IHOP after his surgery. Surgery went very well by the way. I didnt do too bad: 4am BF: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 lite bread w/ FF cheese toasted, 1 WW yogurt snack: 1c grapes 10:30 BF post op-IHOP 4 small pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon
snack: rice krispy treat
dinner 7pm: 2 BT sandwiches on white bread...I know..sorry
I was just exhausted all day & running on "E"...not to mention I have been awake since 3:30am today! I am sure Ive gained...we will see tomorrow! Im off to bed..I promise to try to do better in the am! posted 24 Jul 2008, 22:29
