Päiväkirja - pow, 03 syys 10

4 weeks and 8 Lbs. down. Awesome.
No fast food. Chips only with Subway sand. Lots of yummy salads.
Actually eating more than I was before the eating change. I think eating 3 small meals with the larger meals in the morning and lunch then a lite dinner and low cal snack before bed.
Up to 100 sit ups this week will bump it up to 125 plus 10 to each side. I can feel my tummy going down.
The feeling on clothes that aren't tight when I put them on is awesome.
Looking forward to feeling thinner an lighter.
