Today started off good. I tracked all my food and calories. Then I craved something sweet. I ate a tablespoon of cream cheese frosting. I felt sick afterwards. So I thought I would offset the sugar by eating a few almonds. Then I ate regular goulash for dinner. I had whole wheat pasta but the calorie content was higher than the regular macaroni. BUT I ate more than I should have. I notice that with the wheat pasta I eat half the portions I would with the regular. I already started my green tea challenge. It must work by making you pee all day. I am hoping tomorrow's weigh in isn't scary.
