I have really been scratching my head at what knocked me fo far out of induction and finally found it. Of all of the things that could, added sugars to deli meats, too much splenda in a day, to many nuts. (I was on about day 22 so nuts were ok) Anyway, my wife and I made a small saucepan of chicken, mushroom soup. Well i got the bright idea...add a can of this tomato paste for flavor not even considering the carbs. Well that little can added a whoppin 32.15g of carbs to our soup undoubtedly being the thing that broke my ketosis...lol
All is well, live and learn. I am back in ketosis again but what a slow learning curve huh.
