day 540...GOOOD MORNIN EVERYONE!!!...well figured out why after i got to the gym i didnt feel like doing all that much on the bike or the elliptical, im fightin off a cold or somethin...after my morning workout yesterday morning came home an layed down on the bed went bck to sleep for 2 hours..woke up an went to the store...came bck home an went bck to sleep for another 2 hours..my friend called an asked if i wanted to split wood, had to turn down exercising, just didnt feel like it..an told him how i felt...he understood an told me to get the rest, mabye wednesday if i feel better...just layed around yesterday an took it easy...hasnt affected my eating any, just my energy levels...been takin somethin to keep the fever down..had chills, fever an just no energy...hoping wednesday i will feel better...if not guess il get the rest an hopefully get over it sooner...journals not to long today, not to energetic...mabye more next time i get up..
