Today I start calorie counting. 1500 is my allotment for my daily intake. It will take time but I am going to be watching my calorie, fat and protein intake. I want to have a low calorie, high protein diet. It can be done. It's been done before and I'm determined to do it!


After just over a month with a trainer, I was weighed today. I've gone from 263lbs to 257lbs, 51.3% body fat to 50.3% body fat. I'm really proud of that. I'm still working hard on the food aspect of this all. I think I could have lost a lot more if I just really ate properly and worked even harder.

So my goal was to be out of the 260's by December. I did it! So new goal is to be out of the 250's by January. I know I can do it!

It's ON! Time to get really serious about it.
