OK, there are definitely powers at work here, I'm just not sure what kind of powers they are. I baked a nice sugar-free cake, & added yummy chopped pecans to it. As I was taking it out of the oven somehow it suddenly flopped upside-down, spilling 3/4 of it onto the floor & the oven door. The doggies thought it was great, & my sweet Hubby calmed me down & tried to comfort me. I'm still pouting, but I'll get over it. One good thing ~ Look at all the calories I saved, LOL!

Things like that seem to happen to me too!!! I also look at it as Gods way of telling me I didn't need it!! :)

Thanks so much everyone for the encouragement. It's one of those things you can laugh at looking back, but not at the time. My weight stayed the same this week, & I'm still working on eating right. With friends like you all, I can't fail! Hugs & best wishes to you today, dear friends. <3
