I thought the chocolate pb2 has sugar in it; but sure enough, my pb2 (plain) does have sugar and salt! And for some reason I hadn't looked at the ingredients in glenny's peanut bars . .. . this is news to me that all sweeteners are bad, even the "natural" ones. Luckily I don't really have a sweet tooth but in the absence of BREAD, and wading through the sea of vegetables I'm living in . . . what am I supposed to have if I want to have a different flavor????
ugh; this is a public thank you to Mardee! OK I'm going to stick to my basic eating plan but I am learning more and pushing it to the parameters! Don't be fooled by my food log if you are looking at it, it's usually ingredients and I don't log my veggies at all most of the time!
