So I hit the 50 pound milestone! Will my chart ever turn green? I am going for another 10!
I'm going to put my basic plan that I started with down here as a reminder to myself:
Calories: 1450
Carbs: 2-3
Protein: 10
Fruits: 2
Fats: 3
Dairy: 2
As of September I am focusing on strength training, and doing cardio 4x / week! I need to re-focus on my nutrition!
Veggies: Unlimited.
Nuts: 6 walnut halves, or 8 almonds, or 1/4 avocado = free
2 green teas
2 fiber / flax / chia drinks
8-12 water
If you are looking at my food log - I usually don't track my veggies. So if it says eggs - it's probably a fritatta or a panful of veggies with an egg mixed in . .. . .
I have also cut out milk . . . . I have a gluten intolerance, so I cut out out bread and pasta . . . .
