Ok, so I weighed in this morning (which I will not record). I did not lose as much as I wanted to. It may have been due to the gaining of weight that I might've had due to last weekend's binging. Or the fact that I am PMSing the entire week, but have yet to menstruate. There's now a disruption in my cycle from working out so much, idk.
I worked out so hard this week and to lose so little was so disappointing to say the least. So, I will weigh in again tomorrow morning and post it no matter what. :(

Those moments are disappointing, and I understand. Just know that if you are doing the work and counting the calories, your hard work WILL pay off eventually. Your menstrual cycle really can have quite an impact on your weight, as well- I tend to gain at least a pound in the week or so before my period, then lose one or two quickly the week after. So, don't be too hard on yourself. And do record that weight tomorrow, even if it makes you mad/sad/discouraged- it will be that much more rewarding when the numbers start really dropping again! *hugs* Keep your chin up!
