This is a very simple dish. All you need is some jumbo shrimp and Old Bay seasoning. Saute the shrimp with olive oil. I try not to use more than 2 tablespoons of olive oil in whatever I cook and coat the shrimp with Old Bay. Very delicious with a little spicy kick.

Thank you. My portion of shrimp was 133 calories. I had 15 shrimp. 103 calories for the shrimp and an additional 30 calories for the olive oil.
