this week's off to a bad start. had lunch at work on sunday, about an hour later lost lunch at work on sunday. managed to get a replacement and get home before the diarrhea hit. broth sunday night and no breakfast monday, no energy to work out either day. not a great time. managed to keep down soup for lunch monday and was feeling well enough for a home-made taco salad that night. back to work today, looking forward to a rowing session tonight before bed. gastroenteritis is far less fun than it sounds...
