Yesterday was a catastrophe! I have to plan better for an imminent snack attack! I don't know what was going on, probably PMS issues, but, went to the gym today, worked out with the trainer . . . . sunny and brisk weather today! Just perfect! Spring is in the air! Thank you to all my FS friends! I never had issues with my weight until recently and it's really a learning experience for me; I wasn't even realizing or admitting until recently how much weight I had gained. .. . it creeps up on you slowly as your health slips away, until one day you realize it. I have to remind myself, that I am slowly getting back on track, and this the best that I and my body can do for now . . . . Here's to health and happiness!
