Päiväkirja - Tyetuery, 05 touko 14

Between work, school, and life overall, I rarely have time to prepare or eat breakfast or lunch. I decided, therefore, to change my schedule around a bit and spent 3 days making up roughly a month's worth of breakfast and lunches, which I just need to throw in the microwave. They're all around 150 - 200 calories and the lunches have little to no carbs (being mostly chicken and veggies). My husband doesn't often get to eat throughout the day either, so he is very excited that he can just take a lunch and breakfast to work with him. Overall it's been going really well, the only problem I am having is dinner. Once I get home from work and the gym, I am starving and usually have to be up early the next morning. I am trying to find some dinners I can freeze, but I'm out of containers, lol.

Also, luckily, I discovered yesterday that my brother got a membership to the same gym as I did (it was so great to be back there after a 2 week absence!), so we're going to be going together. My husband is a bit too self conscious to go, but tonight we're going to begin our martial arts training again, which is a very active style (having elements of Muay Thai), so that any night I am not at the gym, me and him will be practicing for a few hours.

My life just got a lost busier, but I know it will pay off. Wish me luck! =D
