So, it's July....which means I am starting a new regimen now that my 5K training is over as of Saturday. Not that I won't continue the running because I love it, that's going to still be an every morning-before work thing. I am also continuing my Push-up Challenge via this site and then also started a 30-day Ab and a 30-day Booty Challenge today as well. So between those 4 things I am going to kick July's butt!!! I do them altogether though so it's basically like getting a normal workout in, just combining the 3 platforms together. Other than that, I don't have much to report....I'm kinda boring today lol :) Happy Tuesday!
