I learnt a while back that you can't exercise your way out of a bad diet.........PERIOD. I'm living proof of that for sure. I signed up with FS to record my journey, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. After a few false starts, tipping the scales at almost 200lbs, I fully appreciate I have to be honest about recording my food intake accurately. I'm only 4 days into recording my calories on this app and something magical has happened. I can now see for the first time ever how easy it is to over eat! I'm here to hold myself ACCOUNTABLE. 💯😀👌
