I need help so please anyone let me know the answer or suggestion. Lets start with info about me. I work from 7-4 in wal mart.( stand, walk, and lift heavy boxes the whole 8 hours) ( and I mean the whole 8 hours no lie) and when I get off its hotttt in Georgia at 4pm. And one more thing I live where walking or exercise in the dark is not wise, and my job will call me at a drop of a hat to come in at 5am.

I recognize I need exercise to complete my goal, but how and what.

I am sore from standing and walking all day and hotttt and unsafe in my area and be in bed early to get up early.

Honesty appreciated.

try beginners yoga. the stretching will help your muscles after hard day at work, it relaxes you so you can rest and can be done in your home regardless of the hour.

When does it start cooling off in Georgia? (daughter is a big time Brave fan). Seeing how your working so hard while at work, exercising during your breaks or lunch would be out of the question. Since you walk, stand and lift at work, your best bet would be some good old home exercise, light weight lifting, stationary bike, or if you want to walk a treadmill. I use a step-up board and some light dumb bells and got some exercise ideas from on line. I came up with 8 different exercises that take me 45 minutes to do. You can be creative, change your routine from day to day and work on different parts of the body. Good luck in whatever you do, Stay home and stay safe. * Music makes exercising a lot easier!

i work 10 hrs a day out in the florida sun---unloading trucks placing plants and large pottery..never stop or sit...lunch i walk a 1/4 mile for a diet mountain dew to have with my peach and then walk back--i get home and dont stop-----i cook my dinner and eat then im out on my bike ride--i try 30 mn at a slow pace... water my plants ... shower... then relax to some movie and peanuts.....oh yeah i do light weight dumbell weights b4 i go to work ... if u really want it u will work it in
