Thanks for the feedback. I've been going at this for two years up and down and am learning that although there are many diets I like 5:2, Atkins, The 8 hour diet, Carb cycling etc. For me what I've figured out is too much of one thing doesn't work for me so I'm taking the best of everything and doing my own thing. I've also stopped saying I'm going to join a gym and created my own gym class with affordable home videos which has been going pretty well. Weekly weigh ins no longer count. My first mile stone was to get through 6 weeks. That was the weigh in that counted. Now I will set goals of 3 weeks each until I reach my goal. It's a challenge as we all know. Thanks for noticing.

By the way I've also been watching the series "The Biggest Loser" On mu ROKU streamer. What inspires me is the weeks that some of the contestants despite working out for hours in the gym at times lost 0lbs or even gained a few so when I had one week that I did not lose anything it did not phase me. The next week turned out better.
