Starting the new week feeling refreshed. Meet with my personal trainer today at 5:30. Not sure what she has on today's fitness agenda. I'm hoping it's lower body or core. I worked on biceps, triceps and deltoids yesterday. Feeling some stiffness and soreness in the delts today.
